Manufacturer Partner Program
Under our new Manufacturer Partner (MP) program, wheel manufacturers and distributors are provided with a simple, affordable, risk-free option to take advantage of our unique laser engraving processes, and implement it within their supply chain!
General Information
What Is The Manufacturer Partner (MP) Program?
Our MP program is a select offering our production capabilities that we are leasing to motivated manufacturers and distributors who are interested in offering laser engraved wheels to their customers and clients.
There are a maximum number of 25 Production Seats available for lease.
Each leased Production Seat is capable of producing a pre-determined, defined quantity of deliverables within a 12 month calendar year.
Production Seats are limited, and only available under a (minimum) 12-month Service Agreement.
In exchange for the guarantees that are built into our Service Agreement, we are able to offer our unique laser engraving services at a rate that is nearly at-cost.
How Does The MPP Work?
Production Leasing under our MP program requires a minimum 12 month Service Agreement.
This Service Agreement secures a minimum of 1 dedicated Production Seat that is capable of producing laser engraved wheel deliverables, within the contract period.
The Production Seats that are secured via Service Agreement are for the exclusive use and purposes of the designated lessee(s), during the active Agreement period.
What Are Some Recommended Uses For The MP Program?
Some possible uses for our MP program include, but are not limited to:
- "Limited Run" or "Limited Edition" wheel releases
- Refreshing of, or expansion of existing, or even reviving retired product lines
- General production
- Show builds
- Marketing (think promotions and giveaways, or business branding)
- New product lines
We believe that this program will provide wheel manufacturers, or even distributors with an opportunity to find new markets, new customers, and get their existing clients and customers viewing their brand and services in new and exciting ways!
I Am Interested, But Want To See A Demo First.
We are more than happy to engrave a wheel for you, at no charge!
All you need to do to have a demo wheel engraved is:
- Ship us a wheel (with a return shipping label)
- Email a sample design file (like perhaps your business logo)
- We will laser engrave your wheel and ship it back for you to assess and evaluate
Can More Than One Production Seat Be Leased?
Yes, absolutely! There is no upper limit to the number of Production Seats that any lessee may secure under this program.
Lease a single Production Seat, or all of them!
How Many Production Seats Are Available?
We are opening this program with a limited, initial offering of 25 total Production Seats.
Production Seat availability is limited, and once those seats are filled, we will be unable to onboard additional manufacturers unless and/or until we expand this program, or a manufacturing partner opts out of renewing their Service Agreement.
Space is limited, so act fast!
Are There Additional Services Offered Besides Laser Engraving?
Since our part of the process occurs toward the end of the manufacturing process, we do offer additional (optional) services that will help to streamline this end of your supply chain, to include:
- Shipping/Logistics - We can ship directly to your distributor, or final client/customer, directly from our facility.
- Graphic Design - If you do not have access to graphic design services, we offer services to assist in this area.
- Finishes - We have curated vendors that we work with to offer a variety of finishing options including powder coat and Cerakote.
Are There Limitations For This Program?
Yes. Standard limitations with regard to base material and finishes apply:
- Only polished, powder coated, or Cerakoted aluminum and mag wheels are accepted for processing.
- Steel or chrome plated wheels will not be accepted for processing.
Also, standard limitations with regard to wheel diameters apply:
- Wheels that are 14" and larger are acceptable for processing.
- 13" diameter wheels may be possible, but we will require a wheel be shipped to us in advance for testing, in order to verify that the wheel can be processed.

What Happens If/When A Shipment Is Damaged In Transit?
Laser My Rims Shipping And Logistics:
All shipments that depart our facility, when using our own shipping services, will be fully insured at no cost to the client, for the full replacement value of the wheels, and the cost of customization.
In order to establish a timeline to facilitate any damage claim, all shipments will be photographed at key handling points, from initial receiving to the time the wheels depart our facility.
In the event that the unfortunate does happen after the wheels have been shipped from our facility, we will require specific information and documentation to be provided from the customer, or client in order to process and facilitate any claim for damages.
Should in transit damage be observed at the time of receiving your wheels at our facility, the damage will be documented, and you will be notified. If you insured the shipment, then we will be more than happy to provide you with whatever documentation is required by the insurer to fill out a damage claim.
Not all damage claims will be deemed a loss by the insurer, as some damage may require some form of repair, which we may be able to facilitate through our business partners, without having to ship the wheel back. Those determinations will be made by the insurer at the time that a damage claim is filed.
Client Shipping And Logistics:
Clients who opt to use their own preferred shipping and logistics will be fully responsible for insuring their shipments.
In order to establish a timeline to facilitate any damage claim, all shipments will be photographed at key handling points, from initial receiving to the time the wheels depart our facility.
In the event that the unfortunate does happen, we will be more than happy to provide any requested information and documentation that is relevant to the shipment where damage had occurred.
